Rear remotes on MF 4707

I've got a Massey Ferguson 4707 and I'm starting to feel like the factory rear remotes just aren't cutting it for everything I'm trying to do, mainly running a hydraulic top link and occasionally switching over to a log splitter or rake with a cylinder so I'm thinking about adding another remote or maybe even going the diverter route
Are you using OEM parts or aftermarket kits? and also, I'd appreciate any clean install ideas for extra valves or brackets that won't interfere with 3 point function?

I hear ya, those factory remotes can feel pretty limited real quick. I'd go with an aftermarket diverter kit; cleaner setup, more flexibility, you can just mount it tight near the fender, it avoids 3-point clutter.

Yep, aftermarket diverters usually fit better and are easier to put in, plus you can tweak them more easily.

I hear you! The factory setup on the 4707 is decent, but when you start adding implements you quickly realize you need more hookups. For a clean install that doesn't interfere with the 3-point, a lot of guys mount a bracket to the side of the tractor's fender or even to the ROPS. This keeps the valves and hoses out of the way of the lift arms. Another slick trick is to use a rear-mounted valve block that bolts directly to the rear housing, often using the existing fender bolts. A diverter valve is another option, and it's a good one for your situation. You can run both your top link and another implement off a single remote. You just have to flip a lever to switch between them. This is often the simplest and cheapest way to add functionality without a full valve block install. It's a great choice if you're not using the top link and the other implement at the same time.
