FL3615 Loader crack issue anyone else seen this?

Has anyone had problems with cracking on an FL3615 loader? My brother's machine has a pretty bad crack near where the hoses come out at the bottom of the frame. I'm curious if this is a common issue or if it's just his loader. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions for fixing it?

Frame cracks on loaders aren't super rare, I know tht spot near the hoses can see a lot of stress. It's often from fatigue, rust, or impacts over time, not necessarily just his loader being unlucky.

to fix it, you need a pro welder specializing in heavy equipment. They'll clean & grind out the crack thoroughly, preheat the metal, weld properly (often with 7018 rod), and add a reinforcement plate (fish plate or gusset) over the repair. This is key for it to last!
